Instructions from bicycle
Connect the PedalPower+ to the bicycle dynamo with the PP+ cable.
Once moving the charging led will on the v4i will light showing the internal battery charging in progress
Connect your mobile phone to the PP+ with the supplied phone cable
The charging led will light showing phone charging in progress

                 1.              Before using your Pedalpower+ v4i battery pack, charge the unit from mains wall charger by connecting to socket (B) for at least 7-8 hours
                                  When charging the indicator LED at (C) will glow RED, when charging is complete it will glow GREEN, this may take considerably longer depending
                                  on the  amount of charge in the internal battery when received.

                                  The amount of charge in the internal battery can be monitored by using the energy level gauge at (G) Press the red button firmly to activate the
                                  LEDs

                 2.              When charging by hub dynamo, use the PP+ dynamo cable to connect to the hub, select the mini USB adapter and insert it into the end socket of
                                  the cable.
                                  Connect the cable into the v4i socket (B). When you begin riding the charging indicator LED (C) will glow RED, when charging is complete the
                                  indicating  LED will glow GREEN.

                                  WARNING: USE ONLY  PP+  HUB DYNAMO CABLES FOR THIS FUNCTION, DO NOT USE ANY OTHER CABLES

                 3               To charge your mobile phone, GPS, iPod, iPhone etc, select the correct adapter for your device  and place it into the charging cable supplied with  
                                  the v4i set. Connect the cable to the v4i  at sockets (E) or (F) if you have  chosen the USB charging cable. Connect the cable to your phone and put
                                  the On/Off  switch  (D) to on, charging will begin, the On/Off LED (H) will glow green when the charging function is on.

                 4               To charge the v4i from your hub dynamo and to charge your mobile phone simultaneously perform actions 2 and 3 together

                 5.              If the  v4i is fully charged and you wish to just charge your mobile phone  or GPS, you can do so by connecting your appliance directly to your PP+
                                  cable and appropriate  adapter. Charging will begin when you start riding.

                                  Never use any other cable to  connect  your device to  your dynamo, you must use a  PP+ Cable
